Seasonal Sweets - the finale :)

So my brother and have gone back and forth with ideas for his bakery business that he's started in Vermont. He is super excited about finally having a logo and the next step will be to put together business cards. He finally decided on the final version of the logo. He and I both love the feel of this logo and it reminded us of a store front sign in Old Ellicott City or Burlington, VT where his bakery is located. It's cute and the chocolate covered strawberries make me want chocolate...which I guess is the idea, so that's great!



Yummy! Now I need to start working on the business card ideas. ;)

Hello Atlanta..get ready for Flair Marketing

Last week I got a client in Atlanta, GA! I am working on some promotional postcards that she can send out to potential clients. It's called Elegant Event Sitters and they watch the kids at corporate parties & weddings. I spoke with the owner on Saturday and she's super sweet and loves her job! She wants something fun that will catch people's attention so I came up with 3 ideas and sent them off to her to see what she thought.....and she loved them! She loved 2 of the ideas so much that she wants to use Flair Marketing for some stuff down the road AND she's passed along my site to some of her friends. Couldn't ask for a better scenario...so exciting.

Seasonal Sweets..sounds yummy!

So I've been working on logo ideas for my brother's company located in Burlington, Vt. It's a cute town that reminds me very much of an historic town with "the square", etc....very much like Old Ellicott City, MD. He has been doing a lot of work on his own and finally decided he wanted/needed to make everything look unique to his image and become a true business...and here I am to help! These are the 2 ideas we've come up with...we are in the process of deciding on the final version so we can go ahead and make his business cards and get the name out there. Seasonal Sweets is the name he selected and I LOVE it...it makes me want something sweet and yummy just thinking about it.


His idea for the name came from his idea for the bakery..he wants to offer cakes, pies, and other sweets using mostly things that are in season. Fall might bring more pumpkin or apple pie, Christmas time there might be more sugary sweets and ginerbread..spring more peach and berry items...you get the idea. :) Things are finally off and rolling so we will see where he goes!...I'm very excited for him!!

New to the blogging world!

Ok, so I'm finally making my blogging debut! My small group had a fiesta at my house earlier this week and I decided I should probably dive into this and give it a try! So who knows, let's see how this goes LOL. Needless to say, I'm still trying to figure out everything on the dashboard and what each thing means. But at least I have a background and I've started my first entry..yea!
